Is coaching right for you?
Coaching is not about being given advice or handed a pre-made checklist. It is an intentional, collaborative relationship designed to help you look inward, uncover clarity, and align your life with who you actually are.
Clearing the Noise
In a world driven by continuous performance, coaching offers a dedicated container to step back from the daily grind and gather your thoughts. This is a quiet sanctuary to explore your emotions, process high-pressure environments, and give your internal voice the room it needs to be heard above the noise of external demands.
• "What is challenging you right now and making you feel mentally blocked or stuck?"
• "If the pressure to perform stopped for a moment, what do you actually need right now?"
Deep Exploration
We look past surface-level achievements to explore your core motivations and values. Together, we peel back the layers of pressure, obligations, and expectations, allowing you to discover what truly fulfills you, what brings you structural peace, and what it means to build an identity and live with absolute authenticity.
• "What actually motivates you when you strip away external expectations?"
• "Who are you when you stop producing, competing, and achieving?"
Grounded Evolution
Coaching bridges deep introspection with intentional action. We design a practice of working on yourself that honors your needs, helps you navigate your emotions, and guides you home to a deeply whole and authentic version of you.
• "What intentional actions can you take to reposition or transform your life?"
• "How will you protect your growth and hold yourself accountable?"
Hi, I'm Tina...
My life has consisted of a whirlwind of next steps, big milestones, and fast-moving cities. These experiences gave me a multi-angled, firsthand look at what it takes to operate at the highest level—and ultimately, how to ensure it's aligned with who I am and how I want to live.
Five years ago, I turned to coaching. It was a space to breathe, look inward, and build a deep, honest awareness of how I actually wanted to live. Because human beings don't live in neat little boxes, my door is open to whoever you are and whatever you are carrying.
Core Dimensions of My Background
The perspectives and experiences I bring to our coaching sessions.
Competitive Athlete
From being ranked top 20 nationally in the USTA to winning the NJ High School State Championships, tennis has been a lifelong masterclass in mental resilience. At the collegiate level, I served as captain of the Yale D1 tennis team, playing 1st singles and doubles, and earning First-Team All-Ivy honors. I have lived and seen many angles of the competitive athlete’s journey.
Lifelong Learner
Driven by a deep curiosity about human systems, business, and growth, I pursued an academic path across some of the world's most rigorous institutions, studying at Columbia, graduating from Yale University for my undergraduate degree, and earning my MBA from UCLA.
Tech Strategist
I spent years navigating the high-velocity, high-pressure tech ecosystem. My corporate career spanned agile startups and world-class enterprise environments, including leading initiatives at Google—giving me a deep understanding of corporate scaling, team dynamics, and the subtle crawl of workplace burnout.
Coach
Coach supporting individuals in their journey by helping clear external noise, dismantle perfectionism, and transition from running on empty to building sustainable, purpose-driven lives.
Come As You Are
My door is open to whoever you are and whatever you are carrying. I typically partner with:
Corporate Professionals

Student Achievers
Prepping for college or grad school, navigating immense academic pressures, perfectionism, and next-step anxiety.
Athletes & Competitors
Balancing high-performance training with mental well-being, or navigating the complex identity shift of transitioning out of their sport.
People in Transition

Frequently Asked Questions
Here is what clients typically ask before starting their coaching journey.
My coaching approach looks at you as a whole person, beautifully bridging deep introspection with intentional action. Together, we look past surface-level expectations to examine your personal values, boundaries, and emotional evolution. I want to make this space open for what you need.
Most sessions are conducted virtually via secure Google Meet video links, making it easy to connect from anywhere. However, if you are located within the tri-state area, in-person coaching is absolutely available. We can explore both options during our initial discovery call to discuss which format feels like the best fit for your journey. For virtual sessions, you will receive your calendar link, pre-session questionnaire, and full details right in your confirmation email.
There are no rigid long-term contracts here. However, deep, lasting change takes time to take root. To honor your growth and ensure we have the runway to make real, sustainable progress, I invite new clients to commit to an initial 4-session journey. From there, we typically meet bi-weekly over a three to six-month period—but we will co-create the exact rhythm that supports your life during our initial consultation.
Our sessions are a rare space to pause, and I prepare deeply for our time together. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before we are set to meet. Out of respect for the calendar and other clients, late changes or cancellations within that 24-hour window will be subject to the standard session fee.
Absolutely. Trust is the foundation of an effective coaching partnership. Everything we discuss—your challenges, career ambitions, metrics, and internal reflections—belongs completely to you and stays inside our secure container. No details are ever shared with outside parties, employers, or sponsors without your explicit, written permission. (The only rare exceptions to this rule are those mandated by law, such as an imminent risk of danger to yourself or others.)
